Cardio Tennis
Is a high energy fitness activity that combines the best features of the sport of tennis with cardiovascular exercise to deliver the ultimate full body, calorie burning aerobic workout. This is a fun class for players of all abilities and a great way to meet other members. If you’ve never played tennis before, it is a great way to be introduced to the sport and if you are an experienced high level tennis player, it is the best way to train for tennis. Various sessions throughout the year.
Morning Tennis
Members meet every Friday at 10:30 for a relaxing fun filled morning of tennis and chat. This is a great way for members both old and new to meet, play great tennis and socialise afterwards over tea and biscuits. All levels welcome.
Ladies’ Night
A night of fun & friendly tennis for all the ladies. We are delighted to bring this event back and hope to see a positive turn out. Ladies‘ Night starts at 8pm. Prizes on the night, fee €3.

Men’s Night
Friendly/ competitive tennis for all the gents in the club. Every Thursday evening at 8pm starting in the Autumn. Prizes on the night, fee €3. Contact our Men’s Captain for more details.
Wednesday Club Night(Summer Season)
Friendly mixed tennis competition with small prizes. Starting 1st June from 7.30pm. Registration & warm up from 7pm. Entry €3
Monthly Social Tennis Evening
Speed tennis, games, pizza & fun social evening. Held on final Friday of the month.

Mixed Internal Winter League (October – November)
Mixed doubles league run over 2 months. Partners assigned. Top teams playoff in finals night.
